Our Classes

When was the last time you really paid attention? We have 5 senses and rarely do we engage fully with them all.

We want to educate, inspire and motivate an alternative way of thinking about what food is, what it does and how to enjoy it fully and authentically.

Using online cookery class workshops to create delicious seasonal dishes together, we teach you to ground yourself in the present moment, to build a positive and loving relationship with food and to guide you step by step on how to be mindful and cook with intention in the kitchen.

Trying to see food, not as a chore, but as something that connects us. Learning how to enjoy the process of preparing, cooking and eating food are the first steps in being mindfully proactive with our nutrition.

Arming yourself with the knowledge of what’s in season where you live is a life changing tool to being able to change how you eat. Not just for practical shopping, but for budgeting and gut health optimisation.

Whether you want to cook with your family, cook with your co-workers, cook with your friends, or for yourself, our live, interactive online or in person classes are ideal for you.

Through Online Cookery Classes, we teach you to make delicious seasonal, mid-week dishes that will bring people together and help you stay centred in mindful nutrition. Get together with people you care about and join in with people all around the globe as we cook together, learn together, and have fun together, and discover new taste combinations and enjoy incredible food together
