Our Story

Katie founded Good Evans Kitchen with the intention of helping people to grow confidence in the kitchen, using seasonal, local produce; believing that everyone can enjoy eating the food that loves you back.

Intent on bridging the gaps found around food insecurity, Good Evans Kitchen provides an inclusive solution to supporting mental and physical wellbeing through everyday cooking and building a long-lasting relationship with food that serves you and your lifestyle.

Sometimes having the information around nutrition isn’t enough. We need to build the skills and framework around knowing how to implement this information with confidence and joy so your life can thrive.

Accredited nutritionist and mindful cook, Katie trained with Leiths in London and lives in Hampshire with her family. She runs a small, friendly mindful nutrition cookery school for people of all ages and abilities to learn how to create delicious, anti-inflammatory, gut friendly and in season dishes that support your health.

Having learnt first-hand how cooking and the process of creating can really empower, benefit, and sometimes heal us. Katie is supportive and encouraging as she teaches how you can feel your best.
